Delirium
Kill a boss in the fog, break the Grand Mirror, survive the Simulacrum, and follow the Raven Trickster into the Paracosm.
The way to the Raven Trickster
Five stops, in order. Each one opens the next.
0 of 5 done in game.
- Stop 1
Delirium fog
Fog appears in endgame maps. Stand in it while you kill the map boss.
- Stop 2
The Grand Mirror
It manifests when that boss dies. You fight the boss again, with its reflection.
- Stop 3
The Trial of Madness
The fog spreads from the Mirror. Killing rares and bosses in fogged maps raises your Deliriousness toward 100%.
- Stop 4
The Simulacrum
At 100% Deliriousness a Simulacrum node appears. Clear seven waves to earn the key item.
- Stop 5
Tangmazu, the Raven Trickster
The key opens the Withered Willow and his realm, the Paracosm. Three phases.
Fewer maps, fewer packs
A Grand Mirror now spreads the fog to 10 maps. Delirium monster packs no longer grow past 100% Deliriousness.
From GGG's 0.5.5 patch notes. It may change again at 1.0.
The Simulacrum only comes at 100%
Since 0.5.3 it spawns when your Deliriousness reaches 100%, not when the fog first spreads. Its scaling now runs from 100% to 200%.
The scaling was bugged before 0.5.3 and did not scale at all.
Getting back in
Collect 300 Simulacrum Splinters to make a Simulacrum of Delusion map item, and run it again.

Liquid Emotions
Mirror shards drop them, and the shard's colour tells you what the fog is made of.
- Green or teal: harder monsters.
- Purple: more rarity and quantity.
- Red: bosses and danger events.
- Amulets: Instillment at the Counter of Madness. One per amulet, and a new one destroys the old.
- Jewels: guarantees a modifier and removes a random existing one, like a greater essence. Potent Emotions are a rarer tier.
