Patch 3.29.0 (24 July 2026) is the current Path of Exile 1 league. Valerie’s ship, Charts, and the seafloor sit on top of the 3.28 Atlas — they did not replace it.
This is a player summary — not the full notes. Full text stays on pathofexile.com. Later 3.29.1 / 3.29.2 passes were league and QoL follow-ups, not another rebuild.
What actually matters
- Charts drop in Wraeclast. Take them to The Sovereign, dive with Allflame lanterns, and loot what you can before the pressure wins.
- Connect Charts into a Voyage — one large seafloor run that lets you revisit charted areas with amplified rewards. Full Voyages want a filled board; that is endgame pacing, not every act.
- Belowdecks you can feed the ship an item and keep one ghostly split. Ducats from the seafloor warp items in new ways.
- Do not confuse this with Fairgraves’ Allflame in Act 1. Same word, unrelated quest item.
- Mercenaries of Trarthus are core from Act 3: duel them, wager gold, and a win hires them as an ally for a few areas.
- Abyss no longer makes you chase a crack. Pits are already open; souls feed the pit until the legion comes out. New Abyss pinnacle. Abyssal Jewels and Stygian Vises are Abyss-exclusive (plus rare Delve biomes).
- Gem sockets default white. Any gem can go in any socket; matching colour still grants quality. Chromatics force at least one coloured socket.
- Talismans use enchantments instead of special implicits, are not corrupted by default, and drop from specific Bestiary beasts — not as random league junk.
- Legion gained Enshrouded unique transforms in the Domain of Timeless Conflict.
