GGG posted 0.5.5d — a short repair list, not a balance patch. The line the forum latched onto is an Azmeri Spirit manifest-chance fix. Precursor Tablets, Ritual, Delirium, and a few Expedition bugs sit in the same notes. Full text stays on pathofexile.com.
What actually matters
Azmeri Spirits
When an Azmeri Spirit was released, its chance to manifest was going up for every spirit possessing the target. The notes say that chance is supposed to be split between those spirits.
GGG labels it a bug fix. The thread immediately read it as the end of stacked-spirit Azmeri strongbox farming in Expedition. There is no separate balance paragraph — this is the whole change.
Precursor Tablets
- Ctrl-click no longer puts a tablet into an unavailable slot when you open a non-regular map, such as Matriarch or Patriarch Halls or a Grand Expedition.
- A tablet that does not apply now greys out, and its number shows in red.
- Quick-moving a fourth tablet onto a map that only has three slots was display-only. The extra tablet was never consumed.
Ritual, Delirium, and Expedition
- The Plagueling from Chetza, the Feathered Plague no longer revives inside Rituals.
- Ritual deferral cost could display the wrong number.
- Delirium progress now pauses while you are in the Viridian Wildwood.
- On a controller, currency works again on Strongboxes in the Barren Atoll Expedition.
- Cryptic Keys no longer open Buried Strongboxes in Expeditions.
- Moor of Fallen Skies now has its Verisium Remnant in Runes of Aldur.
Skills, cosmetics, and a crash
- can attack again while a Talisman is equipped.
- Cosmetics: Plaguebearer back-attachment puddles fade out; Vampiric Mortar Cannon, , and can be applied from the cosmetics UI; looks right after a Phantasmal Flame Wall; the Azmeri Noble Deer pet is no longer sometimes invisible; the Arachnamagus Portal plays its effect instead of popping in and out.
- One client crash is fixed.
Still no skill or unique manifesto. That remains on the 1.0 clock.
