Identity
Amazon is Huntress's Accuracy-and-Critical-Hit Ascendancy: it converts overflow Hit Chance past 100% directly into Critical Hit Chance, marks Rare and Unique enemies with an Open Weakness that both you and your team can exploit for a big damage bonus, and layers a Charge-consumption trigger (Elemental Surge) on top of whatever else your build already does with Charges.
Notables
Small passives
- 12% increased Accuracy Rating (this passive appears twice on the tree; taking both stacks the bonus)
- 12% increased amount of Life Leeched
- 12% increased Elemental Damage (this passive appears twice on the tree; taking both stacks the bonus)
- 4% increased Skill Speed (this passive appears twice on the tree; taking both stacks the bonus)
- 20% increased Evasion Rating
- 15% increased Life and Mana Recovery from Flasks
Keystone
Amazon has no keystone-tier node of its own.
Practical notes
- Critical Strike only pays off once your Hit Chance is already pushed past 100% from other sources (gear, passives, other Accuracy investment) — it converts the overflow, not your base Hit Chance, so it's a capstone for an Accuracy-stacking build rather than something that helps on its own.
- Predatory Instinct and In for the Kill form a pair: Predatory Instinct is what applies Open Weakness in the first place (to Rare/Unique enemies only), and In for the Kill is the payoff — extra Movement and Skill Speed while that marked enemy is nearby.
- Stalking Panther is a genuine trade-off, not a pure upgrade: it rewards a Helmet/Gloves/Boots-heavy Evasion build and actively punishes stacking Evasion on Body Armour specifically.
- Elemental Surge and Surging Avatar both key off Consuming a Charge — anything else in your build that consumes Charges (not just skills that generate and spend them for their own purpose) will also trigger these bonus Surges.
